还有阿梅那个戏也很真实，把一个打工女店员演得十分真实，那种自卑感，内心又夹杂着斗争都把握得相当好，虽然赵薇没有打过工，但这个角色她演的确是很真实。且比《情深深雨蒙蒙》里演得好！《情深深雨蒙蒙》明显没演出来那种涉世未深遭受压迫后的委屈感，比如依萍被秦五爷打了一个耳光，嘴角都流血了，她居然一滴眼泪都没有，要是真的在社会上打工遇到这种事情，情绪早都崩溃了。所以，《情深深雨蒙蒙》离现实还是有一定距离的，片中也只描写了依萍家的困难，但是对社会底层的整体描写几乎没有，没有太多代表性。成功的塑造应该是能深入到社会，引起很多人共鸣的。如果再多几个跟依萍一样困难的人，把社会描写得真实点，我相信《情深深雨蒙蒙》一定会更好看。

前两天发生一件大快人心的好事，还是记录一下，一个素质差的妇女员工被店长开除了。有个中年妇女素质极差，喜欢调拨矛盾，专喜欢找素质好的人挑，不知道她哪里建立的优越感，总以一副法西斯统治者的姿态跟人说话，结果有一天听到好消息，店长要把她开除了。我惊奇地问店长：“你怎么直到？”他说，“右监控啊”。中年妇女试图辩解，店长说“监控是带录音的”。这让我感到非常高兴，没想到领导也有这么洞察力的，我原以为只有文化大革命时期才有，那时候的《文化大革命十六条》只要一看都知道，上面的领导是把民间的情况都摸透了，那时候通讯是那么地不发达，但是那时候的中央领导都对民间的情况了若指掌，甚至把党内的干部都分为了四类，而现在我所遇到的很多领导对丑恶现象都是睁一只眼闭一只眼，或者完全装作无视。而这一天，领导居然做了大快人心的事情，确是很欣慰。这也让我想起2024年在外婆家的一个类似的情况，有一个17岁的胖女服务员素质相当差，感觉她每天都是在砸场子，对客人大呼小叫，呵斥来呵斥去，甚至上菜的时候还摆脸色地对可人说“你们吃快点啊，还有别的菜要上呢？”这要是发生在我身上，我当场拿盘子照她砸过去了！如果不是亲身经历，根本都想不到餐饮行业竟然会有这种畜生，她喜欢跟厨房里的一些年轻男厨师玩到一起，我有时候感到了一股强劲的黑社会文化，有一天我都和那个女服务员吵了一架，把它往死里骂了，但是有一个男厨师就帮她打抱不平也跟我吵起来。后来这个女服务员被店长开除了。可惜，太晚了！她每天得罪几十个客人，久而久之，回头客全部不来了，这家店也在当年底宣告倒闭。所以，素质差的员工影响有多恶劣？表面上危害没那么大，但是成年累月积累，回头客会一点点地流失，厨房里的痞子员工对服务员摆脸色摆架子，也严重影响前厅服务质量，好素质的服务员都留不住，这家店能有希望吗？这当然也不能怪店长，因为她管不了厨房，而外婆家的厨师长我根本就没有任何印象，我在那做了一年连厨师长是谁我都不知道，也没有跟他交流过。因为那边的厨师长根本不说话的，他也直到很多年轻厨师素质差，但是他没重视这方面的问题，结果渗透到前厅，再影响到客人，生意自然也没有了。所以，做生意服务永远是第一位的，如果搞关系腐化，久而久之就会从内部腐烂，就算不倒闭，万一发生点什么突发意外也会轻而易举土崩瓦解。

那名中年妇女第二天跟我挑衅了，因为我那天在店长面前也帮助指证她骂别人了。我一点都没让着她，把她骂得狗血淋头，其中说了几句重要的话“没有礼貌的就是畜生！”“要没有警察我早把你打死了” “警察在那里呀！”（她让我打她 ，我一直重复这句话），这也让我联想到《包青天之雷霆怒》，主人公翻拍正是这样一个狡猾 的人，利用皇上的特权庇护，为所欲为，气得人牙根痒痒，但是就是拿他没办法。这种人现实中很多。如果不看《力王》这样的电影，心理上根本无法走过这个坎。我也感谢那么多经典的维护世间正义，揭露现实的电影。

经过这次激烈斗争，那名中年妇女这几天都没有再挑衅，跟人说话的语气也好像正常人一样，甚至我还第一次听到了她跟别人说“谢谢”。但是我绝不敢掉以轻心，时刻都在高度紧张的备战状态，一旦她再变成魔鬼，我将即刻激活斗争模式。

前天晚上看了《头文字D》，没想到剧情的质量还是可以的，算是相当高的！只是总价值观有些不对，这里说几点。首先评论一下剧情，刚开始周杰伦（拓海）是普通人的身份，他家是卖豆腐的，他每天跑山路送豆腐，车技磨练了出来，印证了日积月累练习的真理！只有勤加苦练才能出真功夫。其次，周杰伦第一次被注意到那段拍得特别号，还用了特效辉光描边效果，这种手法在动画片《足球小子》里比比皆是，想不到导演竟能用到电影里，而且效果如出一辙！唯一的不足就是音乐不太好，没有什么气色，而《足球小子》每一处音乐都是神笔，毫无瑕疵！而且经典！《头文字D》虽然在艺术效果上离《足球小子》还差了些距离，但能拍成这样，能环环紧扣剧情，可以说它在叙事本身方面已经接近甚至达到《足球小子》的水平了。

中途拓海比赛失败，车子抛锚了，无比真实。对呀，你只是个业余的车手，很多你意料不到的事情发生，经验不足，让人共鸣很强，这段周杰伦（拓海）输掉的细分让真实感拉满！我也联想到另一部赛车题材的动画《四驱小子》，它在第16集也让主人公四驱郎失去了心爱的赛车，四驱郎为了赢比赛，不顾警告，非要穿越雷区，结果赛车被雷劈中，天皇巨星就此陨落。这一段也给人相当强的真实感，是的，不顾一切地拼命拼搏，不一定能带来好结果，总有一天是要出事的。剧中的四驱郎没有放弃，继续用新赛车参加比赛，但是结局也可能跟他爸爸一样，他爸爸在一次赛车事故中受了伤，于是转而投身越野赛车，常年不回家，甚至一度生死未卜。

结局改编爱情的桥段十分具有价值观！我看到这个对拓海这个人物佩服之至，甚至把他当作我的模范标尺！女人能跟别的难人去幽会、开房，这种女人能要吗？没有原则的女人绝对不能要！不要愁追不到女人，也不要担心自己可能单身一辈子，能找到专一有原则的女孩那才是该操心的事情，现实中那么多漂亮女孩从身旁走过，你羡慕她有男朋友，你想得到这样的女朋友，可是你了解她的原则吗？在这一天上我将向拓海学习！

结局三车大战，陈小春饰演的赛车手竟然犯心浮气躁的错误，虽然跟原著差别大，但也可能真的有这种事，也有哲理性，当非职业的人领先你，你如果作为职业赛手会有什么心态？必然不能平衡。这段改编也还算可以，我没看出破绽，只是感觉陈小春没有发挥出什么实例，没看到他作为职业赛车手的真本事。可能是我期待过高的缘故。

结尾另一位非职业赛车手想组建车队邀请周杰伦加入，他只回答（再说了）。我以为这又是世外桃源的深度，没想到，他最后又主动打电话请求加入车队，我有些失望。但是原著是那么写的。而且拓海也不是一个完美的人，他没有看到地球环境危机，没有看到城市工业化文明带来的灭绝性后果，他还争名逐利，也算是很多普通人的短视和自私的一面。希望《头文字D》能出续集故事，讲述环境危机映照下，拓海的新选择，他选择励志保卫地球，同工业资本家斗争，同知识分子学术权威斗争，同国家鼓吹经济发展的从政人原斗争，代表人民的利益。如果这样写，那深度就有了。

最近在一家烧鸭店打工，有完成了一次“阶级斗争”了！负责人女的太无礼，我毫不犹豫地反击了，不知道工作还能不能做得成，但我坚持我的选择。
我只是在哪里打杂，做些服务员的工作，但那个负责收银的染黄头发的女负责人语气太随意腐化，我说话也很硬气没有给她留一点她想要的面子。后来直接我让她别说话，还加了一句”讨厌死了“，她果然再没跟我说话了，两个人碰面就好像陌生人一样，而她是店里的负责人，我都不知道这工作我还能不能做下去，但这是原则，没有人可以随随便便地胆敢在我身上发泄情绪，否则必然收拾！无论他是谁，除非是警察，以前遇到一个交警对我搞霸凌，我恨不得捅他2000刀，但迫于对发是警察的身份，我无法对他报复，我当时就想拿石头把他砸死，但想到法律必然会让我付出代价，于是我没有去报复，但这件事情给我造成了长达2年的郁愤，损失非常之大。这件事我也会去找可以施行的方法追究。所以，生活中，只要对方不是警察，胆敢对我搞霸凌、侮辱、无礼呵斥，我必然出手收拾，哪怕当畜生教训，毫不管对方是什么身份。这次，我本来想给老板发信息说一下情况，考虑要不要继续做，但老板经常不在店里，我还是想观察一段时间情况。以前我会立即离开这样的工作场所，罢工来解决，但是现在不会了，我要与他们斗争！如果我走了，他们还是在那里，没有改变什么，我还不如留在战场上，战斗到底！
